my day in a nut shell

Ok so I wake up today and this is how it goes.... I have to deal with a freekin idot at every turn until I am so mad I think I am gonna burst. Anyhoo...

Wake up to the phone ringing... was the dentist canceling the wife apt for today. Does she say this. UMM NOOOOOOOO. Here is the phone call:

UMMMMMM hello...

Yes is your wife the there?

UMmmmmm no she works durning the day. Can I help you?

Ummmm no this is the dentist office. We will call her work bye.

Ok so the wife calls not 10 mins later and I am thinking they called her. She says ok wont be home for lunch taking the rest of the day off for the apt since it is right after lunch anyhow. OK sounds cool.

So we eat lunch by ourselvesat Mc Donalds and they lady behind the register doesnt speak spanish so she is waiting and I mean WAITING for someone else there who does to take the ladies order in front of me. I KNOW they have those damn little menus you can point to used for the handicapped. But hell she is more handicapped then them and she is normal. (No offense to handicapped) Anyhow NO ONE will open another register. Kid is going nuts, we're run late and I look at her and say.. excuse me can we order since you seem to be waiting for someone who isnt showing? She gives me this all pissed off look and yells something to a lady in the back. Out walks the lady who speaks spanish and is about as smart as the lady who just sat there all stupid like. She comes up to me and asks for my order. She is speaking english with such a THICK accent I can barely understand her. Then it kicks in.. BAHAHHAHA she is spose to be taking the order ladies order and she came to me. WHOA bet she is confused as hell bout now. So the spanish lady who needed to order is yelling at her in spanish and she is yelling back. Which was quit a site since the Mc D lady was pregant and about 4 feet tall. Anyhoo we get our food and leave. We come home to...

and then in marches the pissed off wife. Why didnt you tell me it was cancled? They said they called you.

UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM YA BUT they never said that....

Part two.. I I am running late to work and someones battery dies so they (being the person jumping the car) was nice enough to pull accross all lanes at the intersection and block traffic for a good 10 mins while he tries to figure out how to work jumper cables.

Ok so now I know I will be late to work so i take a short cut with less lights. Halfway down this road There is a sign that says "DETURE" Ya got that is was HALF WAY DOWN THE ROAD RIGHT? GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR so No I have to back track 1 mile and go some freeking weird ass way since it was all 1 way streets now.

I get to work and since I am running late I go thru a diff door. Mind you I have worked at the same place for over 10 yrs. Being in a hurry I forget my ID badge in the truck. I get to the door and the Security guy says hey as he knows OF ME and has seen me enter a 1000 times before and leave pretty much the same. Then all of a sudden.. UMM SIR SIR you need a badge to get in here! I work here and dont have one today. BUT SIR GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR WHUT! you need a badge. OK WHY so we know who you are. OK DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM. Well yes. OK then WHY DO I NEED A BADGE. UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM YA THOUGHT SO BYE.. keep walking. IDIOT this 9/11 over protection is gonna piss me off. ANYHOO.

I work a nice quiet shift and then Wife calls and says dog out of food can you get some one the way home? OH SURE 5 10 mins max. Hell no one is in the store at night. OK go to the big ass super Walmart and what floor do you think they have roped off and are buffing? NEAT! HEY HEY YOU ON THE BUFFER... can ya hand me one of those bags of food? OH I dont stock the dog food I just buff the floor sir.

I DIDNT ASK IF YOU WORKED HERE> HAND ME SOME OF THAT >>> Never mind. Stepped over the rope and grabbed the shit myself. ok go to get in line and liek 10 people are waiting. They finally open another line and EVERYONE rushes to that line. I am 3 in line and the person getting checked out is just leaving. SO 1 more to go and off to home.

ok 1 more HELLO CAN YOU CHECK A LITTLE FASTER AND CAN YOU UNLOAD A BIT FASTER ??
This lady has a full ass cart and is unload 1 item at a time and trying to put them back in her cart and then argueing with the lady on the prices. OH NO I THINK THOSE WERE 2 FOR A $1..

OHHHHHH THERE NOT THEN I ONLY WANT 1. No you already rang it up. You didnt Im sure you did.. can i see the reciept.


BAD THOUGHTS REALLY BAD THOUGHTS ARE RUNNING THRU MY HEAD BOUT NOW. HMMM I wonder if I start chucking all the items in the candy selection at her head if she will shut up. Then it gets worse I notice that the lady bagging the items is bagging them 1 at a time in like 10 diff bags. I dont know if she is doing alphabetical but HELL It deff wasnt the way to bag anything. And as she bags the lady buying is trying to unload the cart and then looks i the bags as she does it and takes stuff out and puts em in diff bags.

I AM GOING OUT OF MY MIND. OK I give in .. ANOTHER ISLE ANYTHING. I start to back up and see now there is a rush and like 5 people in the 2 lines they now have open I pull back in and sit there and sit there .. 22 mins. I was in line 22 MINUTES OF MY LIFE given to someone sooooooooooo stupid they shouldnt be behind anythign with keys. And the lady who was buying shouldnt be ALLOWED OUT OF THE HOUSE! OK so now it is 3 am and I am up in 4 hrs. HMMMMMMM wonder how tomorrow will be??

yesterday my bf took me to dunkin donuts b/c i was craving a sausage egg n cheese...so we went around to the side ordered our food over the lil mic thingy...she says the total and tells us to pull around... we get to the window...
"can u tell me your order again, please"
---"two 20oz mug root beers..."
"mountain dew?"
----"no root beer"
---------she then pulls out code red
--"no i want a root beer. it says mug on the front"
--so she then pulls out sum other drink
"nevermind just give us two pepsis"

and then all i wanted was a CHOCOLATE FROSTED donut...ya no the all choc with the glazy stuff over it...she gives me a reg donut with choc icing on top

hahaha...we have to wonder.....you know what i hate is when you call a customer service place..lets say JC Penny..cause i had to call them the other day...i have nothing against hiring ppl that wanna work..be they any nationality..but cant they please speak my language so i can understand them..took me 20 minutes to tell her i wanted to make a payment over the phone on my credit card....*sighs*..is it too much to ask that they at least can be understood..why do i have to learn a foreign language???

yeah they should really start making people take some sort of language test, i dont have a problem with others coming over, but you have to know MOST english

Well you know how they have those "special" operators who speak spanish, german or what not... maybe you SHOULD have requested an English one. Oh the thought of having to request the same language as the freekin country you live in.
